Job changer: Richard Johnson

What attracted you to your new firm?
The challenge of creating a new department and offering brand new services, including consultation, project management, graphic design and online branding.

What will your main responsibilities be?
To set up and manage the online department. As the business grows, I plan to shape the department into a leading web services agency. I will also develop emagazine (www.nowemagazine.co.uk), our online magazine production system.

How long have you been in print?
I have never worked in the print trade, but my father has been part of the industry for more than 30 years, so I have picked up lots of background information.

What skills and expertise do you bring to this role?

My skills include project management, analytics, online marketing and technical consulting.

What are your goals in your new role?
To create a suite of online services and grow the company’s revenue through a new media channel.

What are your firm’s specialisms?
Creative design, advertising, photography, colour management and cross-media production email campaign management.

Managing director Barry Fitzpatrick, production director Tim Moscow.
