The small matter of fraud

According to PwC’s 2018 Global Economic Crime and Fraud Survey, only 49% of global organisations said they’ve been a victim of fraud and economic crime. While some might question the percentage quoted, the natural question that follows is what about the other 51%? Have they really not suffered any fraud – at all?

Earlier this month the BPIF organised its annual Apprentice Conference, which this year was hosted at the Antalis Academy at the merchanting group’s head office near Leicester.

Training tracks

Print business owners face a major dilemma. There is currently a significant skills shortage within the industry, which has a rapidly ageing workforce. There is also a lack of young people entering the sector to redress the balance. This combination of factors creates a conundrum for print business owners.
