The business extended its stock holding of Tambrite last year, after adding larger format sheets to its range.
With immediate effect, the Midlands company is offering an express cut-to-size service from its sites in Leicester and West Bromwich and delivery within five working days.
Tambrite H/S is commonly used for pharmaceutical, food and confectionery packaging and as an all-round packaging material and is suitable for digital printing, with laser and inkjet coding and special effects such as Braille embossing, the manufacturer said.
The product, which is produced at Stora Enso’s Ingerios mill in Finland, is both Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) certified.
Stora Enso regional sales director Russell Towsey said: “We have a need to offer express deliveries of Tambrite H/S orders, cut-to-size, to support our mill service and to meet the demands of the market.
“As a trusted partner for many years and following their recent investment into converting, Warren was the obvious synergy for us. We believe our joint offering will meet customer needs both now and in the future.”
Warren managing director Kieran Ferguson added: “It’s testament to the exceptional service from our West Bromwich converting facility that Stora Enso has the confidence to work with Warren in establishing this exciting new service.”
ISO 14001-certified company Warren has 39 staff and sales in excess of 25,000 tonnes per annum with a turnover of £22m.
It has recently opened a 3,902sqm converting facility in West Bromwich and also has five units in Glenfield, Leicestershire covering a total area of 10,684sqm. Its customers include paper merchants, commercial and general printers and carton convertors throughout the UK and Europe.
