SAI launches organisational software

SAI has now launched its new organisation tool SideKick, aimed at assisting with end-to-end production management for signage and large-format printers.

Available on a subscription basis at monthly rates starting from circa £46, the SideKick programme comes pre-loaded with a database of predefined products and finishing options, along with average industry costs, to rapidly configure pricing for commissions.

It spans the full process, from quoting through to invoicing, and allows users to send clients personalised PDF quotes within minutes. The app can then organise account contacts, convert quotes into orders with a single click and track jobs through the production stages.

SAI vice president of marketing Annette Plummer said: “No one likes doing paperwork, but it’s necessary if you’re running a business. Our smaller customers, in particular, frequently tell us that administrative tasks are their least favourite and most time-consuming part of their jobs.

“SideKick effectively addresses our customers’ wider requirements and ensures hassle-free shop management at a low monthly operating cost. The result is a more streamlined administrative process that ultimately saves business managers time.”

The programme is available as a product independent of SAI’s Flexi signmaking tool and EnRoute CNC CAD/CAM software, but customers using either system on a subscription basis can enjoy preferential pricing when subscribing to SideKick.
