MTEX shows off printer range at two-day event

Wide-format textile printer manufacture MTEX Technologies is holding a two-day event to show off its current machines.

The Portuguese-headquartered company will show the MTEX 5032HS high-speed production printer, launched at Fespa 2015 and capable of print speeds of up to 120sqm/hr, as well as the entry-level MTEX Blue, which was launched last year. The Blue is aimed at sign and display graphics professionals wanting to enter the textiles market with an affordable all-in-one solution.

The company’s flagship 3.2m-wide MTEX 5032Pro will also be on show for the first time in the UK, at MTEX’s UK base in Moira, Leicestershire, on the 22 and 23 September.

Visitors will be able to see demonstrations of the machines and talk to digital textile industry specialists in fabrics, printing and finishing.

All MTEX digital direct-to-textile printers, which are built around a Mimaki print engine, have in-built non-contact heat fixation, eliminating the need for paper transfer and a calendar.

There are four sessions to choose from, which include a free working lunch. Register at http://goo.gl/QBafFC.
