Roland DG is set to present a new desktop inkjet printer for the first time at the returning Fespa Global Print Expo in Amsterdam next month.

While specifics about the new machine are being kept under wraps for now, the manufacturer said the “value-packed printer” will be aimed at businesses looking for a compact, high-quality, all-round print and cut device.

It will be targeted at those looking to start or expand their business to create and make things on a small scale but professionally, as well as companies and stores who want to expand their current business or service to create high-quality applications such as t-shirt graphics, poster prints, stickers, and decals.

Roland DG will also show a number of other existing and recently launched products at the event, which is taking place from 12 to 15 October at the RAI exhibition centre, including the VersaUV LEC2-330/640 printer/cutters, VersaUV LEF2-300 printer, CAMM-1 GR2-640 vinyl cutter, TrueVIS VG2-640 printer/cutter, and VF2-640 large-format inkjet printer.

The company will also be showcasing PersBiz, its digital webshop that enables printers to start selling online and provide personalisation options to consumers.

“At Roland DG, we are dedicated to helping our customers achieve their ambitions with our premium quality solutions and have been working to bring to market some of our most value-packed products to date,” said Roland DG EMEA marketing director Stephen Davis.

“We are proud to be able to showcase the capabilities of our highly versatile machines in-person at Fespa and explore the latest trends and innovations in the industry.”
