Cloud-based software system Lift ERP has made public at Fespa Global Print Expo in Munich its new integration with Vism, the installation job management software designed for wide-format print and signage companies.

Lift is showing off the collaboration on the Durst stand at the show (A2-A10). The companies said the integration brings together the two platforms, streamlining the installation project management process for print businesses running large campaigns such as retail rollouts or managing high volumes of installations.

Benefits of the connection were said to include improved efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.

Lift’s system is said to provide an integrated platform “that automates and streamlines every aspect of a print business”, from online order acceptance, preflight, and manufacturing, through to customer delivery.

Vism said its own cloud-based software, meanwhile, allows installation project managers to easily plan and execute installation projects, while its mobile app provides in-house and freelance installers with essential job information, visuals, and documents. Installers can also report issues and submit photos for job sign-off directly through the app.

The Lift ERP and Vism integration has been developed through close collaboration between the two companies, with the teams working together with a shared customer to ensure the resulting solution is fit for purpose.

Paul Davidson, chief technology officer at Lift Software, said: “We’re really excited about this integration and the opportunity it brings for our customers.

“We look forward to showing visitors to Fespa how they can close the loop on their campaigns and make managing their print business with Lift and Vism more seamless than ever.”

Roksoliana Sydorska, product manager at Vism, added: “Lift’s dedication to innovation and operational efficiency matches our own.

“We’re excited to see how this integration will enable wide-format print companies to deliver superior service to their customers, increase their sales, and achieve further growth.”
