Founded in 2018 as the fusion between Amari Digital Supplies and Graphic Printing Technologies, Adapt supplies hardware, roll media, ink, printheads, consumables, tools, and accessories for the sign and display industry.

At The Print Show, taking place from September 20 to 22 at the NEC in Birmingham, the Nottinghamshire-headquartered business will exhibit across two stands.

The smaller section of its stand will be dedicated to promoting its new partnership with Liyu UK and here visitors will be able to view the Platinum Q2, a 2.2x2m hybrid flatbed machine that has never been shown before at a UK exhibition.

“We’re really excited to be displaying this solution for the first time in the UK,” said Adapt general manager Dominic Bowen.

“It is an incredibly good-looking piece of kit and we think visitors to the show will really enjoy seeing what it can do.”

Over the walkway on the larger part of the stand, Adapt will also be running a number of other machines from some of its major manufacturers, including HP, Epson, Mimaki, Summa, and Canon.

Also being demonstrated at a UK show for the first time will be the Arizona 135 GT flatbed printer from Canon. The manufacturer’s Colorado 1650 will be on the stand as well, with visitors able to view the new FLXFinish+ technology.

From HP, Adapt will be displaying the Latex 800W and Latex 335 printers while a Summa plotter will be running on the stand throughout the event. The UCJV 300-160 and a UJF printer, both from Mimaki, will also be demonstrated.

“We’ve got a good line-up of manufacturers and partners, and a good portfolio of machines, some of which that have never been seen at a UK exhibition. We want to show everyone what Adapt is about,” Bowen added.
