Infigo partners with Trustpilot and Enfocus

Infigo Software has partnered with global online review community Trustpilot to help its customers drive their online conversion by having a Trustpilot rating on their e-commerce sites.

The web-to-print and cross-media marketing software developer said it has been focusing closely on partnerships and third-party integrations over the past two years to ensure it delivers the most comprehensive packages on the market.

The firm’s relationship with Trustpilot was forged by Chris Minn, director of digital strategy at Infigo Software and founder of Netkandi, which was acquired by Infigo last year.

“The power of a Trustpilot rating for online businesses is phenomenal as consumers rely on peer reviews to distinguish between the vast choice of brands available online,” said Minn.

“We recognised the opportunity a Trustpilot integration would deliver for our customers, enabling them to build brand trust quickly within their e-commerce platform.”

He added: “Trustpilot stood out to us as the right strategic partner because of the independent endorsement and transparency offered by its review community.”

According to independent research shared by Trustpilot, 77% of consumers use online reviews to help them make purchasing decisions and 62% are more likely to do business with a company after reading a positive review.

Additional customer benefits of the partnership include simple integration within the cloud-based Infigo Catfish platform and access to expert advice on how to build trust through effective customer review management, including how to manage negative reviews.

Separately, Infigo has also partnered with software developer Enfocus to combine PDF quality control with a streamlined workflow for producing accurate print-ready files.

The Enfocus PitStop software analyses artwork automatically for errors, flags items to be addressed and can auto-correct – saving time and manual input and ensuring accuracy in any output that requires PDF.

The partnership means that Catfish customers can license the Enfocus preflight and correction functionality as a cost-effective add-on option in Catfish that Infigo will support.

“The software that Enfocus use enables you to autocorrect and validate your PDF artwork so whereas in the past you’d be reliant on human interaction to proof, check and look out for errors, this system can automatically flag them for you so you can check a report and go over the result and it reduces the risk of human error,” said Infigo Software head of marketing Suzanne Rouart.

“From a workflow and artwork management point of view it’s game-changing for customers because you’ve got that automation, and the OEM partnership means we can offer it through our system.”

Users can also update artwork within Infigo’s design tool, MegaEdit, once it has been verified by Enfocus PitStop, meaning there is no need to go back to a designer to update the PDF.
