Go Inspire Group, formerly GI Solutions, has rolled out the full rebrand of its business units in order to “bring everything under one banner”.
As of this week, it will operate four sub-divisions of the Go Inspire brand. Go Inspire Insight, formerly GI Insight, will focus on data; GI Red has been renamed Go Inspire Creative to specialise in design; and a new brand, Go Inspire Digital, will focus on the group’s expanding digital offering.
Its flagship direct marketing operation, GI Solutions, will merge with Eclipse 4DM, the direct mail business that was part of the group's February 2017 acquisition of the Eclipse print group, to become Go Inspire Solutions, which generates around £45m of the group’s total £83m turnover.
The new entity will be based across the group’s two sites in Kettering and Leicester, with a newly appointed managing director to be announced during the summer, replacing Alastair Ezzy – who recently moved into the role of group commercial director.
Day-to-day operations at Go Inspire Solutions’ Kettering site will be overseen by general manager Ian Mackintosh, while the new managing director will supervise both premises.
Group chief executive Patrick Headley said: "Go Inspire is about taking our data-related and creative services and bringing everything under one banner. While there will be no substantial changes at any of the businesses, it will give us a more direct market appeal.
"I am confident our team, customers and prospects will share our excitement as they begin to see the true benefits of our combined group expertise."
Kettering-based commercial print and DM operation Eclipse and programmatic direct mail service Paperplanes, have both kept their existing branding.
Around 600 people are employed across the entire Go Inspire Group, with Headley now set on “further growth” following the unveiling of his company’s top-down rebrand to markets.
