Put some new resolve into the new year

We’re three weeks into the new year and Christmas is just a credit card bill away from being a distant memory.

So what are your big plans for the business in 2018?

After all, the new year is the perfect time to think about new opportunities and all those great ideas you had for your business in 2017, but just didn’t have the time to action.

No doubt for some, the time might have passed and others, well, they were probably just dodgy ideas in the first place – but in among those that remain I’ll bet that there were at least a couple of winners that, now that your batteries are fully recharged, with renewed focus and the right strategy behind them could have a positive impact on your business.

So go for it, because before you know it will be Christmas again and a few more of your potentially genius plans will have withered on the vine before they could bear fruit. And if the ideas bank is empty and you were one of the poor unfortunate souls that failed to take advantage of the only time of year, holidays included, when you don’t feel guilty about not regularly checking your inbox, affording you some headspace to think about the future of your business. Then don’t panic.
