Andrew Brown is group operations director at Lick UK. Father of four children, Andrew's perfect evening involves the simple mix of family, TV, pizza and a drink. Andrew has worked in print and design since he was 16 and is now in his dream job, but won't dream about his favourite bit of kit, even if you ask him to.

Why did you get into printing?
I was running an artwork and repro operation at Hunter's Armley in Leeds. My boss at the time, Brian Sugden, gave me the opportunity to take over their sheetfed division. The first thing I did was buy a Roland six-colour B1 press

What would be your dream job?
The one I've got now, honest!

Who would play you in a movie about your life?
Richard Gere

What would you most like to print?
10-shilling notes. I miss getting them in my birthday cards

What is your dream bit of kit?
Sorry... I just don't dream about kit

Who or what do you hate the most?
Bullies

Who do you admire most in the industry?
Howard Worsnop, now retired, was production director at Smiths Colour Print. A small guy with a big heart. 27 years for the same company and not one day sick. Respect!

What is your favourite phrase or saying?
Dos cervezas por favor

What is your greatest luxury in life?
Friday nights... family, telly, Bud, pizza

What is the strangest job you've ever done?
I was once asked to teach 40 builders merchant branch managers how to hand write perfect shelf markers

Where would you like to be right now?
In my favourite beach bar overlooking the Mar Menor in Spain

How would you like to be remembered?
Easy: the best dad in the world
