"We are keen to introduce the Strobbe name and product range to the UK's commercial print community and Northprint represents an ideal opportunity for us to do this," said Strobbe international sales director for Europe, Les Henderson.
The firm will show the Strobbe PS36 platesetter. Aimed at commercial printers it is a semi-automatic flatbed B1 machine. The PS36 can be configured with a 150mw green laser or a 30mw violet laser suitable for imaging silver or photopolymer plates.
Strobbe's laser platesetters come in both B2 and B1 formats for markets including magazines, direct mail and labelling.
Most of the firm's kit is sold under other manufacturers' badges, including Agfa's Polaris platesetter.
