Ultimate Technographics’ imposition software Impostrip OnDemand Automation is now compatible with Enfocus’ workflow integration tool Switch.
An Impostrip OnDemand Automation configurator is now included with Switch software, and can also be downloaded from the Switch Portal for existing customers. In addition to the configurator a range of pre-configured "flows" are available.
"Impostrip OnDemand Automation provides users with production efficiency to deliver short runs on time," said Ultimate Technographics president Joanne David.
"Users get full control over page position, gutters, bleeds, page-spread, page scaling, sets of marks and barcodes or banner sheets.
"Its intelligent stacking option allows a more efficient production flow."
Separately Enfocus has updated PitStop Pro 11 and PitStop Server 11, including compatibility with the latest Windows operating systems Windows 8 and Microsoft Server 12 and support for Adobe Acrobat XI.
A new split pages function allows users to split pages in half vertically or horizontally, including the ability to split double page spreads into single pages. It can also completely de-impose PDF files supplied imposed.Tweet
