Tradeprint: Click & Collect will be a great added value service

Tradeprint has teamed up with Printt to offer its Click & Collect service to Tradeprint Pro customers.

The Dundee-based trade printing specialist is part of the giant Cimpress group of mass customisation businesses.

Tradeprint sales and customer success director Anthony Rowell said the business first became aware of printing app Printt after reading about the firm’s revised roll-out plans in Printweek.

Printt opened up its Click & Collect option to other businesses last month.

“The original article prompted me to reach out to Printt and they are terrific people to work with,” Rowell said.

Tradeprint has around 10,000 ‘Pro’ customers. By signing up for the new service they could potentially pick up extra work from Printt’s 200,000 users.

Tradeprint said that with more and more people working from home, demand for a convenient way to print items that would previously have been printed at the office had increased “and we can help put your business on the map”.

“I have some good personal relationships with many of the customers who do have a retail footprint and I’m convinced this will be a great added value service we can bring to them,” Rowell added.

Tradeprint and Printt said that integration was easy as orders come in via email.

“We believe this new service will help those print resellers gain all important footfall and lead to increased revenue from the profit-sharing print fulfilment model,” Rowell said.

Business that have been deemed 'non essential' and required to close due to Covid-19 restrictions are still able to offer customers a click and collect service.
