Spring Forward with Tecnau 2022 will start next month

Pre-registration is now open for Tecnau’s live virtual events that are being held throughout May and June 2022.

Tecnau offers products dedicated to paper handling, monitoring, processing, and finishing for the digital printing industry.

Following the success of its inaugural event last year, Spring Forward with Tecnau 2022 will see digital press manufacturers Canon, HP, Ricoh, and Screen demonstrate their connectivity and production flexibility with Tecnau’s continuous feed and cutsheet production finishing kit.

Tecnau said the multiple printing systems and several finishing machines that will be showcased will range from highly automated devices to mid-range production lines, to meet different needs in terms of automation and investment level.

The live virtual events will be staged from testimonial customers based in Europe and the US. Customers, Tecnau experts, and press vendor representatives will be available to answer questions from attendees.

Tecnau managing director Stefano De Marco said: “At Spring Forward 2022 we will enter the production floor of selected customers and discover how end-to-end solutions can improve business and transform white paper to beautiful and colourful printed applications such as books, catalogues, direct mail, photos, flyers, and more.

“We will also analyse trends and see how the digital print world is evolving and where it is heading.”

Tecnau is represented in the UK and Ireland by Intelligent Finishing Systems (IFS).

Eric Keane, managing director of IFS, said: “Last year’s Spring Forward series of live events successfully demonstrated the powerful evolution of digital print.

“As important as the printing engine technology is the ability for post-production capabilities to be smooth, streamlined, fast and efficient. At this year’s Spring Forward, manufacturers and their customers are able to demonstrate just how impactful a carefully designed combination can be.”

The hour-long events will occur weekly and will be repeated twice a day. They will take place between 19 May and 16 June, with final dates to be announced soon.
