Sanderson: happy to be back and excited about new role

Former CMA Imaging chief revenue officer Mark Sanderson has joined Gardiner Graphics Group in a new export role.

After leaving CMA in 2017 Sanderson took some time out, and did consultancy work in other business areas.

Last year he helped Gardiner (G3S) business G-Tec Paper & Film with some business development work following the firm’s investment in a new coating line, and the new role developed from that.

He has now taken on the position of group export director for G3S Group.

“The coating line is going great guns and we’re exporting all around the world. It’s really exciting and nice to be back,” Sanderson said.

“We are positioning ourselves as a partner, a proper OEM partner making products that aren’t sold to other people. We are looking for new partners globally.”

G-Tec makes a range of materials for the printing industry including Touchshield anti-microbial protective film, slip-rated vinyls, and repositionable films. It also provides custom coating services.

The group also set up a new European sales team last year.
