Pixartprinting highlights loyalty scheme at Fespa

Pixartprinting is targeting its growing wide-format print customer base at its first Fespa.

The Italian company, which is part of Cimpress, provides online printing services and said it serves around 600,000 clients throughout Europe.

The company is promoting its PixartPro loyalty programme, which is targeted at marketing agencies, design studios and printers, and rewards regular customers with vouchers and money-off offers.

Using a raft of Durst printers at its headquarters in Quarto d'Altino, in the province of Venice, the business said it can print onto materials including Foamex, aluminium, cardboard, vinyl, wood and fabric.

It is now expanding its wide-format product portfolio, which currently includes posters, banners and display items, with new items continually coming on-stream, according to marketing and sales director Federico Gonzalez, who earmarked textile printing as a particular growth area.

“We came here to offer our capabilities to printers, for when they need to manage their production peaks, have issues with their machinery, or want to offer something new.

“At Fespa we are also showing opportunities that we are covering in textile, which we are investing in now.

“We think that in some European countries there is some migration between classic materials and fabrics, mostly synthetics, for exhibitions and events mostly. We don’t just print the material but also provide the structures, for illuminated displays, light boxes and so on.”

Pixartprinting is exhibiting at booth 3.1-B70a at Messe Berlin until tomorrow (18 May).
