What’s at the top of your Christmas wish list this year?
Chanel No 5, my favourite perfume!

What do you think will represent the single biggest threat for printers in 2017 and why?
The uncertainty in the marketplace right now as a result of Brexit

What’s the one thing that the industry should do more of, or do better, in 2017?
Investment in training for apprentices, we need to do more to attract young people 

What was your biggest disappointment in 2016?
Nothing, 2016 was a strong year for us

What was your highlight of 2016?
Installation of our two new B1 Komori presses

What are your hopes for 2017?
A few more holidays

What was the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
Never be afraid of making the tough decisions 

What was the most important thing that you learnt in 2016?
I need to delegate a little more

What if anything will you do differently in 2017?
I will delegate more

A plastic tea set as a child, I played with it nonstop over the Christmas holiday
