The launch of the Iridesse.

What do you think will represent the single biggest threat for printers in 2019 and why?
Political upheaval – a bad Brexit, whatever that means, or worse: a Corbyn government which will have a significant negative impact on our economy and in turn our businesses.

What’s the one thing that the industry should do more of, or do better, in 2019
Educate customers about the art of the possible and power of print.

What was your highlight of 2018?
Filing the first three patent applications for the company.

What are your hopes for 2019?
An England win in the rugby world cup.

What is your one-word view on Brexit?

What was the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
From my dad: Tell customers what you can do, not what you can’t.

What was the best Christmas present you ever received?
My twins.

What was the worst Christmas present you ever received?
A bag of cinders.
