The East London corporate and commercial printer is in the process of installing a new Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 six-colour press with coater to replace an older six-colour model.
It joins a 12-colour 102 installed in January, a two-year-old 10-colour 102 and a further six-colour machine.
The presses will be fed by the firm's new Agfa Galileo B1 platesetter.
This replaces an older Agfa model and should be up and running by the end of this week.
Joint managing director Gary Wilson said the investment was "a natural progression" for the firm, which has also secured the ISO 14001 environmental accreditation in recent weeks.
Leycol operates from 3,700 square metre premises in Bow and employs 80 staff.
