Landa ramps up recruitment drive as Nanography commercialisation nears

Landa Digital Printing is hiring for a range of key technical and managerial positions as it inches towards the commercial launch of its Nanographic digital presses next year.

Positions it is currently looking to fill include product line manager, test engineer, production floor supervisor, financial controller, electronics engineer, blanket production technician, integrator and a patent agent to work in Landa Labs, which is involved in science incubation of nanotechnology-related products.

The company is also recruiting for roles including project manager, quality control laboratory technician, mechanical engineer/designer, software developer, systems engineer, researcher and head of regulatory affairs.

Landa Digital Printing chief executive Yishai Amir told PrintWeek: “Following an incredibly successful Drupa for us, and as part of our planned ramp-up towards commercialisation next year, we are currently recruiting for a number of positions within Landa Digital Printing worldwide.

“We have been steadily growing our team year-on-year anyway, but as part of our go-to-market strategy we are now more actively recruiting for a wide range of roles. These positions will be key in building the business infrastructure for our roll-out in 2017.”

The business, which has recently built a new ink plant to manufacture NanoInk, reported a huge volume of “real orders” for its Nanographic presses after Drupa, as well as strong interest in its Nano-Metallography alternative to foiling.
