Jaysynth launches solvent inks

Jaysynth Dyestuffs, a group company of Mumbai-based Jaysynth Group launched Digifix Inks and inaugurated a new bigger office with 6,000 sq/ft area at Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, New Delhi on 26 July, 2011.

Digifix inks are solvent based pigment inks for digital printing of outdoor flex banners.

Parag Kothari, managing director, said: "Digifix inks is a new segment for us and we have a capacity to produce ten tons of ink per month. Our total ink production capacity is 100 ton per month. We have a whole series of solvent inks for Konica Minolta, Epson, Xaar, Seiko and Spectra series print heads."

The company claims that Digifix inks are an excellent colour gamut, no clogging of print head, nozzle, long print life and compatible to all printing media. The inks are formulated for XAAR 128/200dpi and XAAR 128/360dpi print heads.

The users for these inks are wide format digital printers with Xaar heads such as DGI, Witcolour, Infiniti, Nutek-Liye, Techwin, Skyjet, Yaselan, Flora, Rodin, Myojet and Scitex.

Brij Bhushan, chief manager, said: "Our multi-storey Delhi office will be a stock point for dyes, pigments and inks and technical display point with around 80 people to cater to the Northern and Eastern parts of the country."

The company scored Rs 200-crore in last fiscal year and has a ratio of 70:30 for their domestic consumptions and exports.
