J-Teck3 marks JK acquisition

Italian digital ink manufacturer J-Teck3 (1-G50), is presenting at its first Fespa Digital since its parent company, JK Group, was acquired by Dover Engineering Systems (DES), a business segment of global manufacturer Dover Corporation.

The acquisition, which was completed late last year, followed JK Group’s own acquisition last summer of Sawgrass Group’s dye-sublimation arm, Sawgrass Industrial. Kiian Digital is the third member of JK Group.

“The brands in the JK Group are all still separate and we have retained our identity so our stand looks similar to before,” said business operations manager Rosaria Pozzoni.

“We have always been very supported by Fespa and have supported Fespa. It’s a good opportunity to meet our contacts including our distributors and customers.”

The company is showing a wide range of its digital disperse dyes for sublimation and direct printing, which are specially engineered for polyester.

Its technology spans an array of applications including high fashion apparel and sportswear, home furnishing and display graphics.
