I-Sub targets hardware sales boost with new hire

Wide-format print kit supplier I-Sub Digital has hired Sharon Redhead as its new business development manager.

The Kettering-based firm supplies a range of wide-format printing, cutting and laminating equipment from manufacturers including Mimaki, Agfa and Zünd.

Redhead has 15 years experience in the industry and began at I-Sub Digital on 14 May after meeting the firm's director Andy Spreag at Sign and Digital UK.

The role has been newly created for Redhead who was offered the position due to her background in both wide-format hardware and consumables and a strong knowledge of the firm’s existing hardware portfolio.

“I'm enjoying generating sales leads and seeing them through to the demonstration stage,” said Redhead.

“My goal is to increase hardware sales for I-Sub Digital and additionally expand the consumables business as well.”

Redhead has already generated new business and closed orders for the firm."She knows what she's doing and she's come across well. She will have a bit of a split role: working with exisiting customers, customer management and generating new business and new clients too," said Spreag.

"We've been very busy over the past few months. We did Trophex in January, Packaging Innovations in February and Sign and Digital in April. They were all successful shows with good levels of business coming off the back of each one."
