The Huber Group has bought a 75% stake in Nottingham-based Stehlin Hostag Ink UK.
Huber group chairman Heiner Ringer has been appointed as chairman of the firm, which retains its founder and managing director Grant Penfield (pictured), who holds the remaining shares.
The Huber Group has been a partner of Stehlin Hostag since it was formed in 1983. "Huber Group has proven to be everything we could have asked for in a business partner," said Penfield. Stehlin Hostag operates distribution centres in Chichester, Harlow, Leeds and Bristol from its Nottingham base, and plans to open a Manchester distribution centre later this year.
