The line comprises two strands for the collation of two sets of 16 inserts, which are then inserted into a jacket. This configuration allows the production of one set of 33 inserts, or two of 16 inserts each, plus a jacket. The One2Out’s collation lines can each be extended to up to 20 feeders, including one for the jacket. The system is due to be installed at the company’s site in Viernheim, Germany, in August.
