Cubiquity has won a multimillion-pound three-year contract with the Alzheimer’s Society after a competitive tender process.

Taking effect from May, the contract sees the Surrey-based print management operation take responsibility for all print media across a wide range of applications to satisfy all of the charity’s needs in the UK.

With an initial term of three years, a further possible extension of two years comes as part of the contract, which Cubiquity won after demonstrating how it could meet the “demanding” everyday requirements of the Alzheimer’s Society.

Managing director Kevin Rowland said: “The Society were looking for a single-source print procurement solution that met their demanding everyday requirements. We demonstrated how our systems, people, processes and unique service offering could help deliver real benefits to the Society.

“We understand that the market is changing and customers are looking for a more personal, unique partnership to help them achieve their goals. They want agency partners who are flexible and proactive in their approach, adding real value to the supply chain.

“They want to work alongside friendly and experienced industry people who are not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the table. We demonstrated to the Society that we offer this and more, through our experienced teams, state-of-the-art systems and robust and efficient procurement processes.”

Cubiquity was acquired by Precision Colour Printing parent Claverly Group last summer in a deal sparked by the print management firm’s portfolio of national and global brands including EasyJet and Taylor Wimpey.

With a target of £30m turnover by 2025, Rowland said Cubiquity was on track to turn over £20m this year, up from £11.7m sales at the time of its acquisition. It will make use of a “six-figure” investment fund in the next six months to further develop its systems to enhance services and increase online automation, according to Rowland.

It employs 55 members of staff across premises in Surrey, Leicester and the West Midlands.
