The acquisition is the second in just over six months for the Hatfield-headquartered print manager, which was itself bought out by Konica Minolta in December 2012, following the purchase of Ergo Asia in June 2014.
Charterhouse PM chief executive Gary Mahoney said: "Our clients are looking for complete solutions and, with the acquisition of Indicia, Charterhouse will be able to deliver on this aim. Indicia employs more than 100 staff across its offices in Bristol, Edinburgh and London and has expertise in analytics, planning, creative, digital, data and technology solutions. The existing Indicia management team will continue to run the business.
