Boss Print mourns Kilmurray

Boss Print is mourning the loss of co-owner Joe Kilmurray, who has died suddenly aged just 50.

Kilmurray was on a walking holiday in Scotland last week when he suffered a heart attack.

His business partner Fenton Smith, co-owner of the West London printer, said: “There are no words to describe this tragic and sudden loss, which is devastating for all of us at Boss Print and for Joe’s family and friends. The only thing that can be taken from it is that he died while walking in the Scottish mountains, which was one of his life passions.”

Kilmurray had worked in printing for some 30 years, and had experienced the industry from the point-of-view of both specifier and supplier.

He was a buyer at agency Radley Yeldar prior to moving into print sales at CTD Printers. He became co-owner of Boss Print 14 years ago.

Kilmurray is survived by his long-term partner Eileen, and his parents.

Details regarding the funeral arrangements are not yet available.
