Rondor Printing began life in the 1980s and after a couple of changes in ownership during the intervening years, Tracy Cone and Adrian Saunders took over the company in 2017 after working there since the early 1990s.

Where are you based?

We have been at our current premises in Oulton Broad, Suffolk, for six years. Just a few minutes walk from the picturesque Norfolk Broads

How many staff do you have?

Three. Tracy, design, sales and digital print. Adrian, litho print and finishing and Justin who is our accounts expert extraordinnaire 

What does your firm do? 

We can handle all types of print and design – business cards to bags and everything in between

What’s your typical customer?

A diverse range from individuals to large international companies 

Which areas do you serve?

Mostly local, but with customers who have sites nationally we have been sending more work further afield in recent years

Which markets do you serve?

We have something of a specialty in the oil and gas industry, but have customers across all markets

What equipment do you run?

Classic Heidelberg litho presses and a range of digital printing kit

What’s been your proudest achievement in the past few years?

To finally take ownership of the firm after working here for so many years

Where do you see your business in five years’ time?

Continuing to provide our customers with the service and quality they expect while expanding more into the large-format digital print market with new processes and equipment

What’s your team’s favourite biscuit?

This is the subject of much debate in the office! Justin likes a jam and cream biscuit, Adrian a chocolate finger and Tracy is partial to a Pink Panther wafer. Failing that, we’re all happy with a gingernut
