The team at F1 Colour have just celebrated the firm’s 25th anniversary. The company launched in March 1992 as pioneers of digital-only pre-press and by 1995 had become PrintWeek’s Pre-Press Company of the Year. (Thanks again by the way!)

Publishers of high-end books and magazines

Local and national

What’s your USP? 

We pride ourselves on our customer service, we aim to be a part of the project team as opposed to simply a supplier. We often hear that sets us apart from the rest 

What’s your company’s motto? 

Quite a simple one really: ‘No problem!’ Whatever a customer is looking to do, even on the tightest of deadlines, we will deliver. In 25 years we have never failed to do so

What equipment do you run?

We have Epson proofers running from the latest GMG RIP and we have our own in-house photography studio using a Canon EOS 5D III with Bowens lighting

What’s been your proudest achievement in the past few years? 

On a personal level, systems director Jamie Robinson cites going from apprentice to becoming a director in 10 years. On a company level, working with some of most respected agencies in the world

What’s your team’s favourite biscuit? 

Frozen chocolate digestives (try it!)
