Edward Thompson started life way back in 1867, “the result of winning a bet on the horses”, and the firm grew rapidly in the 1960s on the back of the growth of commercial bingo.

Our print division runs web offset presses with inline personalisation, web-fed digital, sheetfed litho and sheetfed digital. Our mailing division runs up to 10 item envelope enclosing lines with five item camera matching and polywrap

What’s been your proudest achievement?

We printed the ballot papers for the South African election when Nelson Mandela was elected president

The chief executive likes Hobnobs, however, the team like Custard Creams
