Battlefield Printing Group started out 25 years ago with a Multilith press in the company owner’s garage. It quickly became known as the ‘friendly print and copy shop’ and built a reputation in Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas.

Where are you based?

BPG is based in a purpose-built factory north of medieval market town, Shrewsbury

How many staff do you have?

What does your firm do?

We print anything onto paper, card or large-format substrates, either digitally or litho

Which geographic areas do you serve?

We sell nationwide. That said, we have supplied print to Australia for a London-based plumbing company that moved to Perth!

What’s your USP?

It’s our personal service – doing business the old-fashioned way, face-to-face. Recently we joined forces with the Woodland Trust and its Carbon Capture Programme, through our paper supplier Premier Paper. We offer our customers the use of this recognised logo on all their print to enable them to show their commitment to the environment.

What equipment do you run?

We have a five-colour Ryobi press with coater as well as Xerox and Ricoh digital printing equipment. We also have a comprehensive in-house finishing set-up.

What’s your team’s favourite biscuit?

We have homemade lemon cake on Fridays, which funnily is our busiest day!
