St George’s Day annual charity lunch - postponed
Start date: Friday, September 18, 2020
End date: Friday, September 18, 2020
Postponed until September: The St George’s Day Luncheon Club is holding its 24th annual charity lunch in support of Cardiac Risk in the Young and Parkinson’s UK at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.
The host for the afternoon will be renowned after-dinner speaker Bob “The Cat” Bevan, with music from the London Banqueting Orchestra, and some sensational close-up magic provided by award winning magician Peter Wardell and friends. Finally, the superb tenors and divas of Incognito Artists for the stirring “Last Night of the Proms” finale!
Humour will be provided by Paul Mayhew-Archer who is a multi-award-winning writer whose credits include The Vicar of Dibley and Mrs Brown’s Boys. He was a firm favourite at the most recent Edinburgh Festival.
The organisers "guarantee a lunch full of fun, laughter and song and at the same time helping us to raise funds for charity".
To book your individual places or a table, or if you require further information, please contact Peter Howell at firstname.lastname@example.org
Originally set to take place in April, the lunch has been provisionally rearranged for the new date of Friday 18 September.
