The company is showcasing its software suite driving an end-to-end workflow as well as a trio of Kongsberg cutting tables at SGIA Expo, which takes place from 19-21 October.
The i-Cut Suite forms part of the EskoArtwork Suite and comprises four core modules, i-Cut Preflight, i-Cut Layout, i-Cut Vision Pro and the newly-announced i-Cut Automate.
According to the company, i-cut Automate builds upon its automation engine and helps tie its i-Suite together and automate the process from printing to cutting.
EskoArtwork said the new module will automate repetitive prepress tasks, which enhances productivity, reduces operator intervention and errors.
I-cut Automate can also be integrated with a company's MIS system, which EskoArtwork claim enables automatic job creation parameters to a workflow via XML data.
Bill Hartman, vice president of EskoArtwork's Sign & Display solutions business, said: "These software solutions let print providers get to grips with understanding the steps needed for a workflow.
"And a starter system needn’t break the bank, nor disrupt the production process. On the contrary, they can add exceptional productivity efficiencies, from the designer’s workstation all the way through to the finishing table."
