Forcing everyone online even if not suitable.

Consolidate the successes of 2021 when a new generation of clients woke up to the potential of mail.

What are your hopes for 2022?
Getting back to normal and flying to Australia.

Going to actual meetings and seeing friends socially.

Carpe diem and beware of imposter syndrome when starting out.
