Katz premieres POS substrates

German manufacturer Katz is using Fespa to launch new, coloured versions – Black, Neon, Aqua-Ink and Fix – of its display boards.

Katz said the fluorescent Neon variants versions were particularly striking , while Black consists of sheet material laminated with a black layer for extra density.

The Aqua-Ink range is optimised for photorealistic printing with water-based inks and the Fix variants come with a self-adhesive.

Laminated with paper on both sides, with a wood pulp and starch (amylum) core, Katz said the range was a lightweight, eco-friendly alternative to mineral oil-based POS materials.
