Walton was previously managing director at Paragon Customer Communications’ Bristol site.

Midsomer Norton-based Integrity has recently expanded its Transactional print business with the addition of a night shift and eight new staff members, taking sales at the division to around £6m.

Integrity Print managing director Mark Cornford said he was delighted to have Walton on board. “Chris brings a wealth of experience to a critical part of our business and will play a key part in helping us move to the next level as we continue to grow our Transactional division,” he said.

Integrity plans to add to the operation’s facilities with a card application line and additional enclosing equipment. It produces a wide range of transactional work including statements and invoices, payroll mailings, and cheques.

Walton joined the business last month. He said: “I was impressed by Mark’s drive and determination to develop a ‘best in class’ transactional offering. This is a great opportunity and I am delighted to be part of the fantastic team at Integrity.”

Integrity Print and sister firm A1 Security Print in Birmingham are part of the Mcaarp Holdings group of companies, which had sales of £48.6m last year.

Walton has been replaced at Paragon CC Bristol by Sue Evren, who stepped up from a senior operational role at the company.
