HH Global recognised for profits growth

HH Global has been recognised by the Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100 as one of the UK’s fastest growing companies.

The company, which calls itself the world’s fastest growing marketing execution partner, ranked ninth in the yearly profits growth league table, after reporting annual profits growth for year ending 31 March 2016 of 109%.

In its end-of-year results, the group reported adding £55m in new revenues, bringing total sales to £202m and adjusted EBITDA to £7.6m. HH Global also featured 786th on  the Financial Times’ list of the 1,000 fastest growing companies in Europe.

Chief executive Robert MacMillan said: "We are delighted to be recognised by two of the most important rankings in the UK and Europe. This is testament to putting innovation and sustainability at the heart of our offer and going the extra mile for our clients."

Last year, HH opened offices in six countries in Latin America, along with expanding its Hong Kong operation. The Sunday Times noted the expansion in Hong Kong as a contributing factor to the positive results.

MacMillan added: "While it is important to be recognised as a leading European company, we continue to witness exceptional growth in Asia and the Americas, which promise great potential for further growth. We look forward to continuing that work and I’d like to thank our staff, customers and suppliers for their continued support."

HH's strongest results came from the Asia-Pacific region, which achieved a 72% and 86% growth in turnover and EBITDA respectively, while the Americas saw sales increase by 59% and EBITDA by 54%. The EMEA region grew revenues and EBITDA by 6% and 7% respectively.

It is on course for another good year this year, with record results posted for Q3 2016  in what was its first publication of its quarterly results.

Payment processing service Paymentsense topped The Sunday Times' list, after it posted annual profit growth of more than 200% (203.4%), with seal manufacturer Avon Group and architect and designer Heatherwick Studio in at numbers two and three respectively.

The group employs around 750 staff globally, with around 200 in the US and the majority in the EMEA. In the UK it has around eight client-based sites and two production sites: its headquarters in Sutton and a 650sqm design studio in Wakefield.
