DDS launches 24/7 access module for Accura system

MIS developer Data Design Services (DDS) has announced the immediate release of the AccuraOnline module for its Accura MIS system.

AccuraOnline gives print buyers 24/7 access to their printer's Accura print MIS system, via a secure browser interface, saving admin time and paperwork.

DDS said print clients could use the module to log in to estimates with live calculation, orders, proof checking, online store facilities, delivery and invoice information.

Alan Potter, sales and marketing director for DDS, said: "The potential of this system is huge. Not only can you benefit from 24/7 trading, you can give your customers all the information they require, in a streamlined system, while reducing admin time and improving response time.

"Not only will the internal running of the business be more streamlined, if a customer has a good experience by simply logging in and accessing their details, you are likely to see increased customer retention as they become more used to the ease and convenience of the system."
