Alwan Color Expertise has donated a suite of its ad­­vanced colour management software to students at the US-based Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

The software suite, which includes CMYK Optimizer, LinkProfiler and Color­­Pursuit, has been installed in RIT’s School of Print Media (SPM) colour management system lab.

Professor Robert Chung, gravure research professor at RIT’s SPM, said: “We are thankful to have the support of cutting-edge companies such as Alwan.”

Alwan president and founder Elie Khoury added: “We are honoured to be able to support RIT and our future print professionals.”
