Shanghai Electric denies German media claims about Manroland

Shanghai Electric (Group) Corp (SEC) has denied that it is in talks with Manroland or its major shareholder Allianz Capital Partners following rumours that it could be prepared to table a bid for Manroland's Offenbach site.
