Finishing equipment manufacturer Duplo International has launched a new division aimed at securing finance for its clients.

Duplo Finance, which launched this month, is backed by finance house Siemens Financial Services and covers financing for everything from hardware to training and consultancy.

Foulques de Montaigu, Duplo Finance’s senior adviser, said that the move was a response to the worsening conditions in the credit markets.

“Finishing is still seen as a major way to differentiate printed products and now we have full control to be able to help our customers invest,” he said.

Peter Jolly, UK marketing manager added: “Duplo Finance ensures that we can offer everything under one roof and give our customers a single supplier source.”
