Fujifilm Q-Class range set for Drupa launch
Fujifilm Di-matix has un-veiled a new piezoelectric drop-on-demand inkjet platform, the Q-Class, and will launch the first printheads at Drupa.
The manufacturer plans to develop the platform to build 2.5in-wide quad printhead assemblies and modular monochrome printhead clusters designed for high-speed scanning and single-pass printers.
The new Q-Class hybrid printheads provide 256 inline, individually addressable nozzles. The first additions to the range, launching at Drupa, are the Q256/10 and the Q256/30 printheads.
