Benhamgoodheadprint (BGP) managing director Peter Clark is set to retire later this year, to be replaced by current BGP performance improvement director Colin Langston.

Clark, who joined BGP as group project director in March 2006, will continue to manage the implementation phase of the company's £26m investment in Bicester and Buckingham over the summer.

BGP chairman and chief executive David Holland said: "I am delighted that Colin is taking over the reins from Peter as we embark on the final stages of our major development and expansion programme."

Langston has had a varied career in business improvement with Virgin, BT and Mars, as well as seven years as a project leader and consultant following distinguished active military service in the Royal Engineers.
