Day pressroom range on show
Day International will be exhibiting its range of image transfer products and pressroom consumables in Düsseldorf.
It has developed the dayGraphica Sunday 5000 sleeve, designed in collaboration with Goss for its new 96pp S5000 offset press. It is a gapless blanket that will print a 112in web width, which Day claims is a world first.
Following on from the recent acquisitions of Duco International and HDP, Day will also be promoting the Duco Headline blanket, which will take its place on Flint Group’s stand.
At the trade show, Day will also introduce the new Varn Elite Fount, which is based on brand new technology.
It features a revolutionary “paper friendly” formulation that is designed to minimise the problems of vanishing dots and paper deposit build- up in tanks.
