Conservative Party praises TPF for role in London Mayor win

TPF has won praise from The Conservative Party for its role in Boris Johnson's successful campaign in last week's London Mayoral Election.

TPF, which was appointed single-source print manager to The Conservative Party in autumn 2006, was responsible for the production of all printed material for the campaign.

Paul Sorkin, head of print and design at The Conservative Party, described the campaign as an "important test" ahead of the next general election.

He said: "This was a stunning election result, both in London and across the entire UK, and it's moments like this that make all the hard work and planning so worthwhile. It was by far the most important test yet for TPF and they came through with flying colours.

"This was the culmination of an incredible team effort across the whole party and I’m particularly proud of the part played by my print and design team."

In addition to Johnson's London Mayoral campaign, Northampton-based TPF also produced printed material for the recent local council elections, which were widely viewed as a dress rehearsal for the next General Election Campaign.

In all, TPF managed the production of hundreds of thousands of leaflets, flyers, posters and letters, with the entire project delivered against very tight deadlines.
