Digging in

Construction has started at the site of Palm Paper’s £400m plant in Norfolk, which will house the world’s largest newsprint machine.

Around 150 guests attended the site of the firm’s PM7 project last Thursday. Wolfgang Palm (r), Palm Paper chief executive, was joined by mayor of King’s Lynn Kathy Mellish, left, to start the digging.
