Fire crews combat blaze at Paragon Labels site
Firefighters have been called to tackle a fire at food packaging supplier Paragon Labels.
Around 50 firefighters were called to the site at Pinchbeck, Spalding, after Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue services recorded a call at 23.46 last night (2 April).
No staff are believed to have been injured and one employee told PrintWeek that the evacuation had been "very efficient".
It is understood police are not treating the fire as suspicious, although it is not yet known how it started.
A spokeswoman for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue services said four main jets were used to put the fire out.
Paragon has eight manufacturing sites across the UK and produces self-adhesive labels and food cartons.

nasty, but at least Paragon are large enough to survive a disaster like this!
